1. Who we are
KegelTrainerPro is a mobile wellness application by SmartTract, designed to support pelvic floor (Kegel) training routines, session tracking, and progress insights. References to "KegelTrainerPro," "SmartTract," "we," "us," or "our" mean the operator of the KegelTrainerPro app and website.
2. Information we may collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information, such as name, email address, login credentials, and profile preferences. Name and email are stored in encrypted form.
- Training information, such as selected level, session history, streaks, routine duration, progress, and local history settings.
- Device and usage information, such as device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, diagnostics, and interaction events.
- Support information, such as messages, feedback, questions, and related correspondence.
- Purchase information, such as subscription status or purchase confirmation provided by an app store payment processor.
3. Sensitive wellness information
Pelvic floor training can involve sensitive personal context. We aim to collect only what is needed to provide app features, maintain your account, improve reliability, and respond to support requests. Unless clearly stated in the app, KegelTrainerPro is not intended to collect medical records or provide diagnosis.
4. How we use information
- To provide guided routines, training levels, progress tracking, reminders, and account controls.
- To maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the app and website.
- To respond to feedback, contact requests, support tickets, and account questions.
- To process subscriptions, purchases, refunds, or entitlement checks through app store providers.
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect rights, safety, and security.
5. Local storage and on-device data
Some training history, preferences, and settings are stored locally on your device. The app's "Clear local history" control removes sessions saved on that device. Account records, backups, analytics, or app store records may follow separate retention rules described below.
6. Account and data deletion
You can delete your account and associated data at any time.
In the app: open Account & Preferences, then tap Delete account. This removes your KegelTrainerPro account and the personal data associated with it. You can also tap Clear local history to remove sessions saved on your device.
By request: email support@smarttract.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request." We will verify your request and delete your account data, typically within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or meet app store and accounting obligations.
7. Analytics and service providers
We may use trusted service providers for hosting, analytics, crash reporting, authentication (including Firebase), payments, app distribution, customer support, and email communication. These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for us and according to their own legal obligations.
8. Sharing information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information:
- With service providers that help operate KegelTrainerPro.
- With app store platforms when required for purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and app delivery.
- When required by law, legal process, or a valid government request.
- To protect users, our service, or the public from fraud, abuse, security threats, or harm.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
9. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and improve app reliability. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data, your settings, account status, and legal requirements.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption of stored name and email fields. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your choices and rights
You may access, correct, export, delete, or restrict certain information through the app, your device settings, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, privacy laws (such as the GDPR or CCPA) may give you additional rights. We will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law.
12. Children's privacy
KegelTrainerPro is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
13. International users
Information may be processed in countries other than where you live. When we transfer information internationally, we use safeguards required by applicable law.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or by another reasonable method.
