You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning pelvic floor training if you have pain, symptoms, a medical condition, pregnancy-related concerns, surgery history, postpartum concerns, or any uncertainty about whether the exercises are appropriate for you.
Stop using the app and seek professional advice if you experience pain, discomfort, worsening symptoms, dizziness, bleeding, or other concerning symptoms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use KegelTrainerPro. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the service only with consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
